Duck soba noodles
Prep all veg first thinly slicing, pick herbs, boil noodles and place into an ice bath, scorch duck fat and place fat side down in a cold pan, heat up pan and let fat render out, once skin is crispy flip over for 3 minutes. remove from heat and wrap in foil and rest. toss salad in dressing, assemble bowl, slice duck, assemble and enjoy.
